 Craftmanship and machines

Coextruding lamination machine here to achieve the PE poly coating onto substrate material, with maximum width 1600mm.

With double extruding die, we can easily achieve the Paper-Plastic-Al packaging foil at one time.

Flexo printing machine here to achieve 10 colors printing at an eco friendly level and create eco friendly products

Slitting machine and rewinding machine here will take care of the film roll, into certain width and length as client require.

Packaging and protection

Standard paper rolls, 3” and 6” are applied to hold the full length of packaging foil. Do not ever worry about the mechanical strength of paper roll, the maximum it can take care is nearly 800kgs

Finished film roll is then wrapped by protection wrapping foil and then shrink packed with LDPE shrink film, that achieve a whole compact roll.

Palletized, stretch film reinforced, polyboard strengthened and steel tape tighted to protect against potential damage, no problem in sea delivery
